This is a spiritual home to all who seek a deeper relationship with Spirit. Our services invite a heart-centered experience of the Christ presence within each of us as we then share that presence communally. It is also a place to make life-long friends who support each other on our own unique spiritual journeys.
Unity Church in Albany is a welcoming, inclusive community that offers a positive, practical, everyday spiritual message. We are open to and accepting of all faiths, and we encourage individuals, families and people of all denominations to join us in celebrating the Divinity within themselves and within others.

Join us weekly for our 10 am Sunday Services. Our 7 pm Sunday One Song interfaith evening service is currently held on the 1st and 3rd Sundays of each month.
We have invested in state-of-the art air filtration/ purifiers and are pleased to welcome community members back in person to our sanctuary at 21 King Ave in Albany. We continue to live stream all services on our YouTube page: https://www.youtube.com/@unityalbany
Meet the minister
About Rev. Brigid Beckman
Rev Brigid Beckman was ordained as an interfaith minister in 2016 through One Spirit Learning Alliance, an international program based in NYC. In November 2021, Brigid was called to the position of Senior Minister at Unity Church in Albany, NY and is in Unity Worldwide Ministries Special Dispensation Program. Prior to this, Brigid spent four years as Campus Minister and Director of Spiritual Life at an all-girls high school on Boston’s North Shore.
For decades, Brigid has dedicated herself to helping others find their joy through creating opportunities for deep reflection on their own journeys and shared communal experiences. She has officiated numerous weddings, funerals, and baby blessings. Brigid has taught in both public and independent schools, and has led retreats and workshops for students, teachers, and people of all ages.
