YOU Online Leadership Training – The Rodeo

2024 Youth of Unity Online Leadership Training

Saddle up for the wildest Leadership event this side of the wild, wild west.

For any YOUer interested in personal growth of leadership, current or potential sponsors, chaperones, parents, and ministers. Regional Officer Candidates are required to have attended at least one (1) leadership training.

What: 2024 YOU Online Leadership Training: The Rodeo

When: Thursday, February 29th @ 6:30PM – 8:00PM

Where: Online via Zoom

Registration Fee: Suggested Love offering of $35.00 per participant

During this event participants will:

  • Explore the qualities and skills of a good leader with lasso training
  • Learn about different riding styles and the value of teams
  • Practice problem solving by being a bucking bronco with creative thinking skills
  • Sharpen interpersonal skills through fun, interactive online rodeo games
  • After the wild ride, participate in prayer, meditation and activities inspiring personal growth

Please duplicate this letter and these forms for each YOUer in your chapter who would like to run for office. Applications must be completely filled in by the YOUer seeking office and signed and approved by the parent or legal guardian, the sponsor and the minister.
