Come together with the leadership teams of area churches for an in-person opportunity to connect, learn, and share. This day-long workshop will empower congregants who have said “yes” to a more dedicated level of service; present information that will build confidence in fulfilling their leadership roles; and offer insights from experienced church leaders in the sharing of strategies for success. Board members and other leaders will be encouraged to embrace opportunities for spiritual growth as they respond to situations occurring in their communities.

9:30 am	Settling In – A Cuppa and Community
10:00 am	Session 1 – What is the role of the Board of Trustees and other leaders in a thriving Unity congregation? How does leadership contribute to the vibrancy and wholeness of a Unity community?
12:30 pm	Communal Lunch – UBB will provide lunch for a love offering. Feel free to bring your own lunch if you have dietary needs.
1:30 pm	Session 2 – Leadership Responses to Real-Life Scenarios

Participating ministries: Please go to unityeasternregion.org to register your group by April 19 so we can provide adequate materials for all participants.
