Most people see Unity as a spiritual way of life – offering tools for living an abundant and meaningful life – rather than a religion.

Unity embraces all people, regardless of age, race, sexual identity, creed, gender, religion or lack of religion. We believe there are many paths for a spiritual journey of discovery about God and the universe. We see truth in all teachings, and fully support the freedom of each individual to seek the truth for themselves.
