Facilitated by Janell Renshaw – LUT and Unity Eastern Region Youth Consultant
During our webinar, we will cover the 5 basic components of Social Emotional Learning (SEL). SEL is the process through which children and adults:
- Understand and manage emotions
- Set and achieve positive outcomes
- Feel and show empathy for others,
- Establish and maintain positive relationships
- Support responsible decisions
Ministry volunteers can support their youth in inclusive environments using social emotional learning that will support the entire community for generations.
